I am Kirsten Heynisch

I help my clients identify, address and overcome emotional, mental health and leadership challenges. so they can navigate and bounce back from life’s challenges, disappointments and losses.

I understand what it is like to struggle emotionally and battle with depression, anxiety and other psychological difficulties. These experiences can leave you feeling alone, ashamed, and exhausted.

With the support of psychological therapy & coaching, which I offer mainly via online teletherapy sessions (also known as e-therapy), we can work together to help you recover from and overcome your current difficulty. Also, our work will support you to cultivate more well-being in your life by strengthening your resilience.
